Reversible, spacious, and built to last — our Flat-Top Hard Maple Cutting Board is one of our most popular boards for good reason. Whether you're prepping a weeknight dinner or laying out a stunning charcuterie spread, this board handles it all with ease.

Why Hard Maple?

Hard Maple is the gold standard for cutting boards. With a Janka hardness rating of 1,450 lbf, it's incredibly durable and long-lasting while still being gentle on knife edges. Its closed-grain, non-porous surface resists absorption of food juices and liquids — making it more sanitary and easier to maintain than softer woods.

Handcrafted in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

Each board is handmade by skilled woodcrafters from thick Pennsylvania Sugar Maple slabs that we saw and dry ourselves for 2 years. The result is a single-plank board with natural beauty and serious heft — stable on the counter and stunning standing on edge against your backsplash.
