Return & Refund Policy

Thank You for shopping with Your satisfaction is important to us so if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Returns – You will need a “Return to Manufacturer Authorization Number” (RMA#) before returning any and all ZimBOARD items to our facility. We discourage returns but if you must return an item you have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to do so. You are responsible for packaging the item adequately for shipping – we are not responsible for item(s) damaged during return to our facility – we suggest you purchase shipping/damage insurance for packages being returned to us.

We charge a 25% restocking fee (25% of purchased price).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging (unless it is unusable, will not thoroughly protect the item on its way back to us). You will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase accompanying the returning item. The assigned RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the returning package – without the RMA# packages will be refused.

Refunds - Once we receive your returned ZimBOARD item, we will document and record receipt of the RMA#, inspect the returned item then notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying associated shipping costs for returning your item. “Original Shipping Costs” are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, any outstanding cost will be deducted from your refund.
