Our thick custom cutting boards resist warping, provide a stable cutting/carving surface, and exude an amazing natural appeal that catches the eye.We’ve designed this board for juicy cuts of beef or poultry by routing a spacious juice pocket that keeps the au jus on the board for guests to enjoy.
For long board life, we recommend that our boards be stored on edge, and that boards stored face down be equipped with board feet. Conditioning the wood board with an oil/wax board conditioner ensures that the wood has an adequate moisture barrier, protecting it from warping and cracking.
