LIVE EDGE SYCAMORE FLOATING SHELVES

Turn any wall into a masterpiece with our live edge sycamore floating shelves. These natural wood accents bring organic character and a beautiful wavy edge into your space.

Our solid custom shelves are more than a wood shelf; they are functional wall art. Each sycamore piece features distinct ray flecks and quartersawn markings.

The wood is predominantly sapwood, ranging from light tan to reddish-brown tones. Periodic spalting and black interlocking lines create a dynamic accent for your home.

Advantages of Our Live Edge Sycamore Floating Shelves:

Solid One-Piece Construction - We build each shelf from one thick live edge wood slab. We air-dry these wood slabs for 2 years before kiln-drying.

We carefully fine-sand each wood floating shelf. We fill splits or knots with epoxy resin to ensure a smooth, durable sycamore surface.

We route the shelf to accept a hidden bracket. This allows it to sit flush and secure to the wall, installing in just minutes.

Flawless Finish - Our professionally applied Catalyzed Conversion Varnish (CCV) ensures a premium result. This finish is the toughest option for fine furniture.

With 60% solids, our CCV seals the wood permanently. It resists moisture and scratches while highlighting the beautiful grain and natural live edge.

Materials & Dimensions: We use 2.25" thick sycamore slabs for every shelf. We never use glued boards that can look artificial or cheap.

Available sizes range from 18” to 72” wide. Depth options for these handcrafted wood pieces range from 8” to 15” deep.

Use: Perfect as kitchen floating shelves, office storage, or living room accents. These natural timber products fit any modern or rustic decor.

Care: The CCV finish is maintenance-free. Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately to maintain its pristine look.
