LARGE WOOD CHARCUTERIE BOARD - ENGLISH WALNUT Tri-CROSSCUT

Use our large English Walnut Tri Cross Charcuterie Boards for serving charcuterie spreads or pastries to large groups. Our Tri-Crosscut Round Charcuterie Boards have an irregular shape with a hefty thickness and color making for a one-of-a-kind presentation. These Live Edge Charcuterie Boards are a solid crosscut (end-grain) wood slab - a wood slice from a log.  

This Walnut Charcuterie Board is air dried for a year then kiln dried, planed, and sanded. Each board has its bark removed and sapwood lightly sanded – cracks are filled with an epoxy which adds to the wood's solidness while making the board suitable for serving food. Each board is cured with food-grade mineral oil and Odies Penetrating oil.       

BOARD CARE: ZimBOARD Cutting Boards are solid single piece cutting boards and therefore require simple routine maintenance. Boards should be stored on edge allowing for uniform exposure to the surrounding atmosphere and oiled regularly using a food grade mineral oil or cutting board conditioner.
