Upgrade your space with our Premium Ash Flat-edge floating shelves. These pieces are full of natural wood color and character.
We build our single-plank Ash shelves to be a statement piece. They are designed specifically to accent a space's décor.
Our ash shelves feature wide light-cream color sapwood and heartwood. You will find occasional dark grain lines that are wide and visible.
The light color and subtle figure make ash an excellent choice. It works perfectly for a contemporary décor style and color contrasting.
Each of our floating wood shelves is a 2”+ thick single-plank of ash. We apply a lustrous satin 20-sheen CCV finish for a premium look.
We select, saw and dry all of our own wood. This ensures customers get rustic floating shelves with uncommon character-grade hardwood.
Our wood features burly edges and unusual figure. Every piece is unique due to our specialized sourcing and drying process.
Our professionally applied CCV (Catalyzed Conversion Varnish) Finish is a 60% solids build up finish. It seals the wood with elasticity.
This prevents cracking and is scratch and water resistant. It is superior to hand applied oil finishes for long-term durability.
The CCV finish leaves a smooth satin surface. It also intensifies the natural wood color and character of the ash.
Premium Ash Floating Shelves for Every Room
From custom kitchen shelves to bathroom shelves, each ZimBoard Floating Shelf features its strong, easy to install hidden bracket.
When installed, the floating bracket is out of sight. This gives the perception that the wood shelf is suspended in air.
Each shelf is routed and drilled for its hidden bracket. Installation requires common tools and typically takes 15 minutes.
